About the Office
The Office of Citizen Happiness conducts continuous, non-intrusive measurement of civic morale and intervenes whenever the municipal joy index dips below acceptable thresholds. Interventions may include free ice cream, surprise public holidays, and the strategic deployment of wholesome content.
The Office works closely with the Department of Public Morale during declared Cringe Events.
