Certifies a citizen to conduct official business via telepathic communication.

About this Permit

Telepathy is the second official language of the Republic. The Telepathy Practitioner License certifies that a citizen has demonstrated sufficient clarity of projection to conduct municipal business by thought alone.

Licensed practitioners may file permits, attend council sessions, and contact the Office of Citizen Services telepathically. Administered by the Monastery of Quiet Contemplation in coordination with the Office of Citizen Happiness.
