ARTICLE I — FOUNDATIONS
Section 1. The City of Kekistan, established 2015, is a self-governing municipality dedicated to the prosperity and good humor of its citizens.
Section 2. Every registered citizen is guaranteed a free, self-sustaining pond.
ARTICLE II — PUBLIC CONDUCT
Section 1. Citizens shall maintain high standards of comedic integrity.
Section 2. Low-effort content during a declared Cringe Event is discouraged.
ARTICLE III — UTILITIES
Section 1. Energy, water, housing, and internet shall be provided free of charge to all citizens in perpetuity.
